The hardest part of getting ready this morning was trying to decide with new Splash Liquid Lipstick to wear. I decided to try Soulful and I was not disappointed. I am in love with the color and the liquid lipsticks!
I was also excited to try out the new matte Splurge Cream Victorious. I decided to pair it with Forthright from Addiction Palette 2.
